Gary and Marilyn Walter are the newest members of the Central Bark Doggy Day Care pack in, adding to the state of Florida franchises. This doggy day care provides the means for Gary and Marilyn to extend their dog family without adopting more dogs or at least adopting them only during business hours.

At Central Bark Doggy Day Care we do not consider ourselves a traditional dog kennel or dog boarding facility. We consider ourselves the, “Unkennel.”

At our “Unkennel,” we make you and your pup feel as comfortable as possible during the time that you are away from each other. For your pup, sleepovers at The Bark are slumber parties with all of their friends in familiar surroundings. As your dog’s home away from home, we know your dog and they know us, which reduces the stress, separation anxieties and other concerns associated with traditional dog kennel and dog boarding settings.

Our expert staff is specially trained with our unique Central Bark® Doggy Day Care Certification Program in animal behavior, socialization, obedience training, canine first aid and CPR. Before placing your dog with other dogs, we perform a comprehensive behavioral assessment. That way, we can make sure your dog’s play style and sociability are compatible with the appropriate playgroup to provide the consistency that every dog needs to feel confident and safe.
