Our facility is fully equipped with both indoor and outdoor play areas, a built-in swimming pool, giant sandbox, agility, climbing, and tunneling structures and lots of play houses.
At Nana-N-Paws, our number one priority is the safety of your pet. Not only is our facility completely secure, but our staff is also highly-trained and qualified in pet safety. Dogs are grouped together based on their age, temperament, and needs. For example, hyper dogs won’t be placed with calm dogs and puppies won’t be placed with seniors. We take the needs of your pet seriously, ensuring both their comfort and safety come first.

Nana-N-Paws Doggie Daycare in Grand Ledge, Michigan offers your pet an affordable alternative to staying in all day. Dogs get bored when left alone during the day. They typically find their own forms of entertainment (usually not to your liking), or they wait anxiously for you to return from a long day at work…not to relax, but to play! Well, now you can relax.
Bring your dog to Nana-N-Paws, where they can enjoy 17,000 square feet of indoor play areas and three outdoor playgrounds, totaling approximately 22,000 square feet. We also have a built-in swimming pool (open during the summer), a giant sandbox, agility, climbing, and tunneling structures and play houses. They have everything they need to keep busy all day so you can relax in the evening. To ensure their safety and enjoyment, dogs are separated into playgroups based on size and play style. In addition to our large dog play areas, dogs under 25 pounds can safely enjoy our Lovable Lapdogs section, while older dogs can relax quietly in our cozy Senior Center. The daily routine at Nana-n-Paws can also include a scheduled nap, if your pup needs a little reminder to take a break.
We understand that your pet is a valued member of your family. You can feel at ease knowing your pet is being cared for like one of our own. We can even send you photos of your pet enjoying their stay if you would like!
At our doggie daycare center, your pet’s safety and comfort is our number one priority. To ensure their safety, our outdoor playground is surrounded by an 8-foot privacy fence with coyote rollers on top and cement underneath to contain even the best jumpers, climbers and diggers. For their indoor comfort, we have a state of the art air filtration system, and to reduce our guest’s exposure to airborne illnesses, we have an in-duct UV air purification system in all of our HVAC systems – as well as a standalone unit in our training center. You can also take comfort in knowing multiple staff members are fully trained in emergency pet first aid and CPR.

Nana-N-Paws offers a variety of training classes to suit every need. We have everything from basic obedience to advanced competition level training. We also offer classes in agility, conformation, and Good Citizenship Certification preparation. Classes are held in our 4,000 square foot, heated/air-conditioned training facility, complete with a UV air purification system and padded flooring. We also have a large outdoor training area.
If your schedule does not work with our group classes, we also offer Play n’ Train, where we can do a private training session with your pet during a daycare visit, or Stay n’ Train, where we do private daily training sessions during their sleepover. The trainer will then schedule time with you to review what your dog has learned and how you can continue with the training at home. All of our dog obedience training classes are taught by highly qualified instructors who love, honor and respect the bond between people and their pets.
Please bring proof of vaccinations to the first class. All dogs must be current on distemper/parvo, rabies, and bordetella at least 7 days prior to arrival. Owner-administered vaccinations are not accepted. All vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
If you’d like to bring your pet to our puppy training classes, the full puppy series of vaccinations must be completed (distemper/parvo and bordetella) prior to the start of class.
