Some of our services, such as nail clipping, is done on a drop-in basis, however, during busy periods in the day, there may be wait times for all drop-in services.

Please call ahead for cat nail clipping drop-in times.

Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This courtesy allows us to schedule another client, and in turn, maintain a higher availability of our services for you, as well as for others.

All cancellations without 24 hours notice and all no-shows are subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

There may also be additional fees for late drop-off and/or pickup. Thank you for your consideration.
