Fetch Haus is an independent locally owned pet store, and we are proud of it! We are a unique pet lifestyle boutique for modern pets and their people. We are dedicated to bringing you a variety of high quality products. We offer a growing selection of healthy pet foods (raw and kibble), supplements, toys, treats, chews, collars, leashes, grooming supplies, apparel and more. We hand pick each and every product and are proud to carry eco-friendly products, many of which are made here in Canada and the USA. We're proud to keep our pets, and economies healthy!

We have access to virtually all items big box stores do, so if you don’t find what you are looking for, let us know and we would be happy to help you find it.

Fetch was never intended to be 'just' a pet store or grooming salon. Our #1 goal was always to cultivate a community of responsible pet ownership. We're crazy about our pets and want absolutely nothing but the best for them. We knew other pet guardians felt the same. 

Our community is also very important to us. Not only do small businesses offer unique shopping experiences, but they bring culture to Red Deer. We are proud to support many of our clients in various community events, whether it be the SPCA, Red Deer Lacrosse, the Red Deer Fire Fighters, Dance Studios - you name it.

What makes us different? We hand select each and every item that hits our shelves. No one tells us what we can / cannot carry - so we NEVER bring in products we wouldn't give to our pets. We only select the best foods on the market - you'll notice that we don't carry everything. We won't compromise our beliefs to make a dollar. You will find plenty of great treats, chews, toys, foods and more! If you don't see what you are looking for, please ask us - there may be a reason we don't carry it, or we'll be happy to get it for you

Our shopping experience is different. Our store is clean, organized and bright. We offer a personalized shopping experience, and we are always happy to help you find what you need. Our team is amazing - all of them were actually clients before they worked at Fetch. 

We're a unique store in Red Deer offering grooming, a self serve dog wash and 2500 Square foot retail store. We offer walk in nail trims too! The more pet lovers that know about us, the better we can ensure we are here for the long run. We know times are a bit slower, and we appreciate everyone's effort to shop small and shop local. 

At Fetch, we offer a selection of services to keep your pets looking great and feeling their best! We do not discriminate – all pets deserve the best, which means all of our bath packages include the best all natural shampoos and conditioners, as well as hypo allergenic options should your furry friend have allergies. We understand the need to ensure your pets grooming experience is a positive one, and here, they will be treated like one of our own.

Our self wash offers waist high tubs for ease of bathing, ramp or stairs for your pets to easily enter and exit, in a private room.  We provide the shampoo and towels - and even clean up after your pooch is clean!
