Two Dogs and a Cat Pet Club

Two Dogs and a Cat Pet Club is a veterinarian operated club. While we do not provide veterinary services, we will have a veterinarian on staff that will be constantly evaluating dogs and cats for any sign of illness. If in any case, a pet appears to have any signs of illness, we will promptly be notifying the family and veterinarian.

We strive to create an environment that is highly entertaining for pets, associated with luxury lodging and accommodations, so they are comfortable and stress free while away.

We felt a need in the industry and area to create an environment that brought the 4 elements together for pets. Everything at Two Dogs and a Cat Pet Club was designed and developed around the needs of our honored guests, while also keeping our pet parents in mind. Dog Boarding

Our Dog Boarding overnight facilities are generously sized, and offer advanced features for your dogs comfort. In our dog boarding area, we have dog “rooms” opposed to kennels or cages.

Cat Boarding

Designed specifically for our feline friends boarding needs, Two Dogs and a Cat Pet Club luxury boarding condos offer multiple top-line features, specifically geared towards your cats comfort and health.

Two Dogs and a Cat Pet Club boasts a  3,000 sq. ft. outdoor dog play area, and 15,000 sq. ft. indoors, one of the largest play areas in Overland Park, KS. Our dog visitors enjoy a safe, healthy and fun atmosphere where they can participate in play groups, enjoy human interaction, and daily planned events.

At Two Dogs and a Cat Pet Club, we know every dog is different, and our day-caretakers always take this into consideration during your dogs stay with us. We have different activities that are appropriate for every dog type, breed, and personality. Additionally, we offer comfortable rest areas for dogs that like to socialize or nap in a less active environment.

Tad B. Coles, DVM

Born and raised in the Kansas City area, Dr. Coles received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 1983. He spent 2 years at the Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Greater Kansas City before buying Valley View Animal Clinic, which he ran for 8 years. Dr. Coles worked as a Technical Service Veterinarian and Medical Writer in veterinary industry and did relief work as a clinical veterinarian in Kansas City since then. He wrote textbook chapters, clinical trial reports, and review papers on a variety of topics.

Dr. Coles is active in the local veterinary community. He is a board member of the Kansas City Veterinary Medical Association, an organization he was president of in 2006, and the Kansas Veterinary Medical Association (KVMA). He serves on the Well-being Task Forces of the KVMA and the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association. As a small animal practitioner he focuses on nutrition, behavior, and preventative medicine. He has special interest in practice management techniques that promote staff resilience and well-being and a Fear Free patient experience.
