Incredible Pets was established on July 5, 1995 with a small store in Auburn, CA. Since that day we have grown to 6 stores in the Placer and Sacramento counties and are proud to have served our communities for over 20 years.
We are truly a family owned and operated business. Our children have joined the team and we are excited to have the next generation continue to grow the business we started over 20 years ago. Shipping is sent via Fed EX Ground and takes between 2-4 days from the time the order is shipped.
Orders are shipped until 3pm EST time each business day. If you place your order before 3pm EST Monday-Friday it will be shipped the same day. If you place an order after 3pm EST it will be shipped the next business day. (Orders placed after 3pm EST Friday will be shipped Monday morning.)
