Do you test your products on animals? |

Fromm Family Foods does not conduct laboratory tests on animals. Instead we conduct feeding trials with trusted local breeders and kennels.

Do you offer product coupons? |
|
Coupons are available through in store demonstrations, periodical tear-offs on shelves, attached to bags, and occasionally through our website.

Do you offer a frequent buyer program? |
|
Yes we have a frequent buyer program. Receive 1 bag free of your most purchased product when you buy 12. Frequent buyer envelopes are available through most retailers. If your retailer does not have them please contact us and we will send you one.

Who is Fromm Family Foods owned by? |
|
Tom Nieman is the president and head chef. Fromm Family Foods has been a privately owned family company since 1904. The company was inherited by Tom Nieman in 1983 from his Grandmother Erna Fromm. Tom has a chemical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and formulates all of our dry pet food at our plant in Wisconsin. He was an understudy to the late Dr. Willard Roberts, Ph.D., the pioneer of dry pet food.

Do you offer any programs for breeders or kennels? |

Where is your product made? |
|
All of our dry pet food and treats are made in the USA at our own USDA-inspected plant in Wisconsin. Presently our canned food and gravies are made at a human food plant regulated by the FDA, USDA, CFIA, and European Union in China. We are actively searching for a US facility to produce our cans but we have not found a plant that measures up to our strict quality standards. Rest assured the cans we currently produce are of extremely high quality, completely safe, and government inspected.
