Do you test your products on animals? |

Fromm Family Foods does not conduct laboratory tests on animals. Instead we conduct feeding trials with trusted local breeders and kennels.

Do you offer product coupons? |
|
Coupons are available through in store demonstrations, periodical tear-offs on shelves, attached to bags, and occasionally through our website.

Do you offer a frequent buyer program? |

We have a frequent buyer program at a limited number of retailers. If your retailer does not currently participate in our program please have them contact us directly.

Who is Fromm Family Foods owned by? |
|
Tom Nieman is the president and head chef. Fromm Family Foods has been a privately owned family company since 1904. The company was inherited by Tom Nieman in 1983 from his Grandmother Erna Fromm. Tom has a chemical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and formulates all of our dry pet food at our plant in Wisconsin. He was an understudy to the late Dr. Willard Roberts, Ph.D., the pioneer of dry pet food.

Do you offer any programs for breeders or kennels? |

Yes we do. Breeder and kennel programs are distributor specfic and may vary. Please contact your local Fromm distributor for delivery information and pricing. Please contact us for the distributor in your area and for further information.

Where is your product made? |
|
All of our dry pet food and treats are made in the USA at our own USDA-inspected plant in Wisconsin. Our current can foods are made in the USA at a USDA-inspected plant in South Dakota with 100% human food ingredients.

Are your bags safe? |
|
Our packaging is made to standards of human-food and must pass the same regulatory measures as human-food packaging. There is absolutely no dhha ppha in our
packaging. All the packaging is FDA certified and in compliance. Our vendors are both ISO compliant and AIB inspected.
